Changes

• Fixed issue when the actual request failed with an "ERROR_INTERNET_INVALID_URL" error. I am sure there could be more issues like this one.
• Recompiled using x86 flags to ensure that COM issues don't occur
• Fixed list view selected item to correctly display the request and response
• Renamed Type listview column to Content Type
• Added new listview column e.g. Method
• Modified the treeview loading to include the request Method
