Changes

• Added a new result column e.g. Synopsis, which extracts the Synopsis from the plugin data. Thanks foob
• Fixed issue with reloading the listview after applying filters
• Modified the Config window so that it doesn't show in the task bar
• Modified the filter configuration window to allow multiple filters to be removed in one go.
