There are a number of useful changes as suggested by StewardD.

Changes

• Added the ability to change the date/times through the use of time zone offsets. Thanks StewardD
• Added error handling to prevent errors when accessing locked files etc. Thanks StewardD
• Fixed issue with the time zone window e.g. in certain cases the previous time zone was not automatically selected
• Corrected the export methods, since the date/times were not output correctly e.g. time zones
• Pre-populated the Import window with “C:\Windows\Prefetch”. Thanks StewardD
• Simplified the export functionality e.g. the long format only produces two output files now
• Set the cancel and accept buttons on the Import window
• Updated help file and converted to PDF Added Help->Help menu item and code to launch the updated help document
