Changes

• Updated the openssl version to 0.9.8j, which solves the "WARNING: can't open config file: /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf" error message that was being displayed.
• Added the ability to output to a CSV file (-c)
• Modified to include CSV header line (-i)
